You are correct! We've started using a cheese grater to grate the tofu when we make scrambled tofu. That + black salt = omg eggs.

My tofu scramble is eerily egg-like. I bet tofu scramble mixed into TJ's vegetable fried rice would be amazing and authentic.

Wow Summer. I admire your courage so much to forge ahead with this. To most people this would seem daunting and impossible on many levels. Best of luck to you!

shop at your local store, if you happen to have any left. B&N is okay, I GUESS (latent Borders allegiance there), but the best is always local. Unless, you're going into the B&N to get the free Nook reading time. :D

Clearly I am undecided on the issue of "book store" v. "bookstore."

What a great post! I worked in independent bookstores, before Borders and B&N ran them out of so many towns. Which makes me as old as the dinosaurs. But anywho, I HEAR YOU, LADY. And I really appreciate the opportunity to see Borders through your eyes. Regardless of what the sign on the door says, booklovers will always love to shop and/or work at book stores that understand readers. I find it both sad and thrilling to be living in a time of such tremendous change in the ways that information and culture are disseminated. What will publishing look like in ten years? Fifty? Will there even be bookstores, and who will shop at them?

p.s. I have this stack of books that r belong to u. I bet that some of them came from Borders. I love putting my Nook away for a few days to read one of them. Sharing books is the BEST.
